Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao has over 11 years of experience practicing law in Vietnam, primarily focusing on corporate legal affairs, and is currently the Head of the Legal Department at YBS Law Firm.

Before becoming the Head of the Legal Department at YBS Law Firm, Ms. Thao spent 9 years working in legal affairs and risk management at several major enterprises and corporations.

In this capacity, she was primarily responsible for advising, consulting, and directly handling all legal matters for the businesses she collaborated with, covering various sectors such as aluminum manufacturing, project construction, aquaculture, import-export, and food and beverage services.
