With her solid and in-depth knowledge, Lawyer Ha Dang regularly advising on intellectual property, such as copyright protection, trademark registration, and industrial property protection, along with many other areas such as investment and M&A.

At YBS Law Firm, Lawyer Ha Dang holds the position of Managing Lawyer and is responsible for overseeing expertise in cases related to corporate advisory, investment, intellectual property, M&A, as well as many other areas.

Before founding YBS Law Firm, Lawyer Ha Dang accumulated years of experience as a legal advisor for businesses in real estate, media and entertainment production, and healthcare services. She was responsible for providing advice on issues related to operations, acquisitions, mergers, and business activities, helping them achieve sustainable growth while managing risks. Additionally, Lawyer Ha Dang has 5 years of experience as a Lawyer and Legal Director at MCV Group — one of the largest media corporations in Vietnam — where she was primarily responsible for advising on and resolving the corporation’s legal matters.

Throughout her career, Lawyer Ha Dang has represented and advocated for the rights of numerous individual and corporate clients across various sectors in Vietnam.
