Dr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc Vo is a lawyer with 12 years of experience in research, teaching, and legal consulting, particularly in the areas of intellectual property law, contract law, and issues related to commercial goods with the European Union.

Dr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc graduated with a Master’s degree in Private Law from Lumière University Lyon 2 in France in 2014, focusing on international sales contracts. She also obtained his Doctorate in Private Law from the same university in 2023, with in-depth research on intellectual property law. Additionally, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc completed an intensive training course on intellectual property law organized by the Intellectual Property Office in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. She is currently engaged in teaching, consulting, and serving as an arbitrator at the Ho Chi Minh City Commercial Arbitration Center (Tracent).

Presently, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc holds the position of legal advisor and conducts specialized training courses on intellectual property law and contract law at YBS Law Firm.
